Application Notes
-
Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunoblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on acetone fixed frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-20ug/ml in IHC. For formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, high temperature antigenic unmasking techniques is required. The optimal condition should be determinded by individual laboratory. -
