Host
- Mouse
-
Characteristics
- The MPC-11 antibody has unknown specificity. The MPC-11 cell line was adapted to continuous culture from the tranplantable Merwin Plasmacytoma-11, which was induced by intraperitoneal implantation of a Millipore diffusion chamber into a BALB/c mouse. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
-
Purification
- The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.

-
Application Notes
- Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
-
Restrictions
- For Research Use only

- 4 °C
-
Storage Comment
- The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions, and unreacted biotin was removed. Store undiluted at 4° C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
