- Human
- Application
- ELISA, Isotype Control (IsoC), Western Blotting (WB), Immunoelectrophoresis (IEP), Immunodiffusion (ID), Haemagglutination (H), Dot Blot (DB), Binding Studies (Bind)
- Characteristics
- Identity and purity is confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immuno-diffusion (Ouchterlony). Not less than 98 % as determined by agar-gel electrophoresis, quantitative densitometry immunoelectro-phoresis and double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony). The ratio of IgA subclasses IgA1 and IgA2 has been determined and found to be 60/40. This secretory IgA contains J chain and secretory component. The product contains a trace of non-Ig protein.
