Application Details

Plate: Pre-coated

Protocol: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to GDF11. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to GDF11. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The addition of substrates A and B mixture generates glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the GDF11 level in the sample or standard.
