    Purpose

Escherichia coli Lipopolysaccharide ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of process-related LPS, the common endotoxin impurities, derived from production processes when E. coli strains are utilized.

    Analytical Method

    Quantitative

    Specificity

This ELISA antibody pair detects E. coli LPS. The possibility of this antibody pair to detect LPS of other gram-negative bacteria has not been tested.
