    Purpose

Nuclease ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of nucleases, including SuperNuclease® and Benzonase®, in cell culture supernatants and purified biological products while nuclease is supplied to remove host cell DNA during manufacturing.

    Analytical Method

    Quantitative

    Specificity

This ELISA kit has been validated with SuperNuclease®, Benzonase® and RayBio® Universal Nuclease, and should react with other Serratia marcescens nuclease products but not tested. Both non-denatured and denatured nuclease can be detected by this kit.
