Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CSNK2A2 antibody ( ARP53596_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Targeted Subunit: alpha'
Background Information: CSNK2A2 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, Ser/Thr protein kinase family, CK2 subfamily. It contains 1 protein kinase domain. Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. The alpha and alpha' chains contain the catalytic site. CSNK2A2 participates in Wnt signaling. It phosphorylates 'Ser-392' of p53/TP53 following UV irradiation.
