Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CDT1 antibody ( ARP46350_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: CDT1 cooperates with CDC6 to promote the loading of the mini-chromosome maintenance complex onto chromatin to form the pre-replication complex necessary to initiate DNA replication. It binds DNA in a sequence-, strand-, and conformation-independent manner and is a potential oncogene.
