Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CKAP4 antibody ( ARP46790_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: CKAP4/p63 is a substrate of DHHC2, a putative tumor suppressor. CK MNF116 and p63 were useful in identifying squamous cell carcinomas with single cell infiltration. Those results suggested a role of CKAP4/p63 in tumor.
