    Comment

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NFYC Antibody (ARP39065_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

  • Target

NFYC (Nuclear Transcription Factor Y, gamma (NFYC))

    Background

    Targeted Subunit: gamma

Background Information: NFYC is one subunit of a trimeric complex, forming a highly conserved transcription factor that binds with high specificity to CCAAT motifs in the promoter regions in a variety of genes. NFYC forms a tight dimer with the B subunit, a prerequisite for subunit A association. The resulting trimer binds to DNA with high specificity and affinity.
