Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PPIL2 antibody ( ARP55026_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: PPIL2 is a member of the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases. The cyclophilins are a highly conserved ubiquitous family, members of which play an important role in protein folding, immunosuppression by cyclosporin A, and infection of HIV-1 virions. This protein interacts with the proteinase inhibitor eglin c and is localized in the nucleus. This gene is a member of the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases.
