-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Rhou Antibody (ARP41273_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: Rhou acts upstream of PAK1 to regulate the actin cytoskeleton, adhesion turnover and increase cell migration. Rhou stimulates quiescent cells to reenter the cell cycle. Rhou has no detectable GTPase activity but its high intrinsic guanine nucleotide exchange activity suggests it is constitutively GTP-bound.
