Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RHOF Antibody (ARP57309_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: RHOF is a plasma membrane-associated small GTPase which cycles between an active GTP-bound and an inactive GDP-bound state. It causes the formation of thin, actin-rich surface projections called filopodia. And it functions cooperatively with CDC42 and Rac to generate additional structures, increasing the diversity of actin- based morphology.
