-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Thap11 Antibody (ARP58803_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: Thap11 is a rranscriptional repressor that plays a central role for embryogenesis and the pluripotency of embryonic stem (ES) cells. It is also a sequence-specific DNA-binding factor that represses gene expression in pluripotent ES cells by directly binding to key genetic loci and recruiting epigenetic modifiers.
