Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TLE4 antibody ( ARP32381_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: TLE4 is the transcriptional corepressor that binds to a number of transcription factors. It inhibits the transcriptional activation mediated by PAX5, and by CTNNB1 and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The effects of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES.
