    Comment

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-WDFY1 Antibody(ARP57465_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

WDFY1 (WD Repeat and FYVE Domain Containing 1 (WDFY1))

    Background

Background Information: The FYVE domain mediates the recruitment of proteins involved in membrane trafficking and cell signaling to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PtdIns(3)P)-containing membranes. This gene encodes a protein which contains a single FYVE domain and multiple WD40 repeats. This protein is localized to endosomes.
