Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ZNF335 antibody ( ARP39540_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: ZNF335 enhances transcriptional activation by ligand-bound nuclear hormone receptors. However, it does this not by direct interaction with the receptor, but by direct interaction with the nuclear hormone receptor transcriptional coactivator NRC. ZNF335 may function by altering local chromatin structure. The protein encoded by this gene enhances transcriptional activation by ligand-bound nuclear hormone receptors.
