    Purification
    Human Collagen Type V has been prepared from Human Placenta and is chromatographically and immunologically pure. This product is free from other collagens, human serum proteins and non-collagen extracellular matrix proteins. Human Collagen Type V reacts with anti-Collagen Type V. Reaction with Rockland's anti-Collagen I, II, III, IV or VI is negligible (typically less than 1% cross reactivity was detected by ELISA).

    Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:100-1:500

    Application Note: Human Collagen Type V can be utilized as a control or standard reagent in Western Blotting and ELISA experiments. Human Collagen Type V is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid and should only be diluted to working range(s) just prior to use. Storing dilutions is not recommended.
