Background
- TNFRSF11A, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 11A, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family. TNFRSF11A is widely expressed with highest levels in skeletal muscle, thymus, liver, colon, small intestine and adrenal gland and dendritic cells. In activated human peripheral blood T lymphocytes, TNFRSF11A expression is induced by IL4 and TGF-b. Recombinant human TNFRSF11A, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
