- Application Notes
-
Application Note: TRAIL Recombinant Protein is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-TRAIL in immunological assays. Product is provided as lyophilized powder in 0.05M Sodium Chloride and 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5.
Other Performance Data: Endotoxin Level: Measured by kinetic LAL analysis and is typically ≤ 1 EU/μg protein. Biologic Activity: The activity is determined by the ability to induce apoptotic cell death in TRAIL-sensitive RPMI-8226 cells and is typically 10-15 ng/mL.
