Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1 mg/mL for 500 μg or 1 mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Storage: -20 °C,-80 °C

Background: Integrin αLβ2 is one member of the integrin family and also called leukocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1). It is widely expressed on T lymphocytes and controls the function and, in particular, the migration of immune cells[1]. Active αLβ2 can bind ICAM-1/CD54, ICAM-2, ICAM3 and JAM-1[2].

Molecular Weight: 123.30 kDa (ITGAL) and 79.60 kDa (ITGB2). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 160-180 kDa (ITGAL) and 90-105 kDa (ITGB2) based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
