Biological Activity Comment: Measured by its ability to support the adhesion of human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells (MOLT-4). When 1 x 10^5 cells/well are added to recombinant human HPRG (ABIN7607248 and ABIN7678317) coated plates, adhesion is induced in a dose-dependent mannerin the presence of Concanvalin A. The ED50 for this effect is 0.4-2 μg/mL.
