Recombinant human HHIP (ABIN7607687 and ABIN7678734) inhibits a constant dose of 20 ng/mL of recombinant human Sonic Hedgehog/Shh Protein, high activity in a mouse embryonic fibroblast cell (C3H10T1/2) alkaline phosphatase induction assay with an ED50 = 0.1-0.6 μg/mL.
