Characteristics
-
Protein Production: Recombinant CHO Clusterin (GenBank EGW05785.1) with a 6xHIS tag was expressed in CHO-S cells and purified by nickel affinity chromatography.
Migration Behaviour: Under non-reducing conditions, clusterin is detected at an estimated molecular weight of 60-70 kDa. Its concentration is determined using a Bradford protein assay.
