- Purified Lysosomal Phospholipase A2 (LPLA2) Protein CHO-S
-
Characteristics
-
Protein Production: Recombinant CHO Lysosomal Phospholipase A2 (LPLA2, UniProt # G3HKV9) with a 6xHIS tag was expressed in CHO-S cells and purified by nickel affinity chromatography.
Migration Behaviour: Under reducing conditions, CHO LPLA2 is detected at an estimated molecular weight of 56 kDa. Its concentration is determined using a Bradford protein assay BSA standard curve and A280.
