  • Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. HIV-2 gp36 ELISA with HIV-2 positive sera at 1:2.000 with 1-100 nanograms per well gp36. Background with BSA or normal sera OD405 <0.1. Alkaline phosphatase substrate for 45 min.
