Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against Ch GP Ham Hs Ms Rb & Rt Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum.  No reaction was observed against Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins.

Characteristics: Anti-Goat IgG Rhodamine Antibody generated in donkey detects goat IgG.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Background: Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75 % of serum immunoglobulins.
