Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against Human Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG, Goat IgG F(ab')2 and Goat Serum.  No reaction was observed against Goat IgG F(c) or Human Serum Proteins.

Characteristics: Anti-Goat IgG Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody generated in rabbit detects goat IgG.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

F(ab')2 Molecules lack the Fc portion of IgG and therefore receptors that bind goat IgG F(c) will not bind goat IgG F(ab')2 Molecules.
