Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(ab).

Characteristics: Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) biotin conjugated antibody generated in goat detects specifically mouse IgG (H&L). This secondary conjugated antibody anti-mouse is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.

Purification: Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes: Application Note: Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:40,000 to 1:130,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody.
