    Immunogen

    Rat IgE myeloma protein (IR162, IR410). Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line.

    Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Handling Advice

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
    Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
    Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
