The 187.1 antibody reacts specifically with mouse Igs bearing κ light chain. It does not react with λ1 or λ2 light chain or heavy chain. This antibody is routinely tested by ELISA and flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
