Usage: Suitable for use in immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. ELISA (standard capture): 1:500 to 1:2000, 1.0 μg of Horse IgG using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
