Buffer: 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.11 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4 with 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.

Handling Advice: DO NOT FREEZE. Store reagent in the dark. Use subdued lighting during handling and incubation of cells prior to analysis.
