Characteristics: This antibody reacts with the chain of human Ig on B cells. It does not react with T cells, monocytes, granulocytes or erythrocytes. The antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemia cells in flow cytometry and frozen tissue sections.

Immunogen: Hybridoma produced by the fusion of splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with human Ig and P3XAg8.653 cells.

Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody can be used for flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Does not react with formalin/paraffin embedded sections. Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
