More ELISA Kits for MTRR Interaction Partners

Human 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate-Homocysteine Methyltransferase Reductase (MTRR) interaction partners

  1. MTRR genetic polymorphisms are risk factor for predicting cardiovascular manifestations in Marfan syndrome.

  2. We aimed to explore the correlation between unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and polymorphisms in the methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR (show MTHFR ELISA Kits)) and methionine synthase reductase (MTRR) genes.

  3. an association between MTRR 66 and SHMT1 (show SHMT1 ELISA Kits) 1420 polymorphisms and spaceflight-induced vision changes

  4. Results identified an allelic variant in the first intron of MTRR that is associated with increased risk of anencephaly in neural tube defects cases.

  5. polymorphisms of the MTHFR (show MTHFR ELISA Kits), MTRR, and MTR (show MTR ELISA Kits) enzymes are well documented as folate deficiency-related disorders. The aim of this study was to compare the genotypic distribution of these gene polymorphisms between patients with acromegaly and controls.

  6. Variation in MTHFR (show MTHFR ELISA Kits), MTR (show MTR ELISA Kits), and MTRR were significantly associated with percent LINE-1 methylation.DNA methylation of LINE-1 elements in histologically normal breast tissues is influenced by polymorphisms in genes in the one-carbon metabolism pathway

  7. interactions among homocysteine metabolism gene polymorphisms in MTHFR (show MTHFR ELISA Kits), MTR (show MTR ELISA Kits) and MTRR lead to dramatic elevations in the folate deficiency risk

  8. Low folate status and homocysteine metabolism gene polymorphisms (MTHFR (show MTHFR ELISA Kits) C677T, MTHFR (show MTHFR ELISA Kits) A1298C, MTR (show MTR ELISA Kits) A2756G and MTRR A66G) may have a synergistic effect towards increasing the incidence of dyslipidemia in Chinese hypertensive population.

  9. Findings indicate an association between the single-nucleotide polymorphism A66G in the synthase reductase (MTRR A66G) gene and male infertility, particularly in oligoasthenozoospermia males.

  10. The findings of this study provide evidence that multiple sclerosis spinal cord simultaneously lack Cbl (show CBL ELISA Kits), EGF (show EGF ELISA Kits), and PrPCs.

Mouse (Murine) 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate-Homocysteine Methyltransferase Reductase (MTRR) interaction partners

  1. The Mtrr genotype of either maternal grandparent dictates the developmental potential of their wild-type grandprogeny. These effects are associated with altered DNA methylation (show HELLS ELISA Kits) patterns and two distinct phenotypes: intrauterine growth defects and congenital malformations that are separable through embryo transfer experiments.

  2. Mtrr deficiency adversely impacts reproductive outcomes and cardiac development in mice.

MTRR Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Methionine is an essential amino acid required for protein synthesis and one-carbon metabolism. Its synthesis is catalyzed by the enzyme methionine synthase. Methionine synthase eventually becomes inactive due to the oxidation of its cob(I)alamin cofactor. The protein encoded by this gene regenerates a functional methionine synthase via reductive methylation. It is a member of the ferredoxin-NADP(+) reductase (FNR) family of electron transferases. Patients of the cbl-E complementation group of disorders of folate/cobalamin metabolism are defective in reductive activation of methionine synthase. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
