The eukaryotic cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs) whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors. Additionally we are shipping Cyclin G2 Kits (13) and Cyclin G2 Proteins (3) and many more products for this protein.

Human Polyclonal Cyclin G2 Primary Antibody for IF (p), IHC (p) - ABIN704621
Yuan, Han, Cong, Ge, Ma, Dai, Li, Bi: Docetaxel-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles suppress breast cancer cells growth with reduced myelosuppression toxicity. in International journal of nanomedicine 2014
EGF-induced, calpain-mediated proteolysis contributes to the rapid destruction of cyclin G2 and that the PEST domain is critical for EGF/calpain actions
Taken together, our novel findings demonstrate that cyclin G2 has potent tumor-suppressive effects in Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) by inhibiting EMT (show ITK Antibodies) through attenuating Wnt (show WNT2 Antibodies)/beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 Antibodies) signaling.
CCNG2 knockdown eradicated the effects of miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-340 silencing.
Neisseria meningitidis caused changes in the abundance of several cell cycle regulatory mRNAs, including the cell cycle inhibitors p21(WAF1/CIP1 (show CDKN1A Antibodies)) and cyclin G2 in human brain microvascular endothelial cells.
miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-93-CCNG2 axis may be involved in Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma proliferation and progression.
Data shows the human CCNG2 and CDK4 (show CDK4 Antibodies) expression of visceral adipose tissue are inversely associated with glucose and insulin (show INS Antibodies) resistance.
Data (from studies using BeWo cells, a choriocarcinoma cell line, as model of placentation) suggest that miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-378a-5p (microRNA 378a) inhibits cell differentiation in syncytiotrophoblasts, in part, by down-regulating CCNG2 (cyclin G2) expression.
miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-1246 expression was associated with chemoresistance and CSC-like properties via CCNG2, and could predict worse prognosis in pancreatic cancer patients
Cyclin G2-involved invasion in vitro and in vivo.
Low CCNG2 expression is associated with thyroid cancer.
CycG2 controls the dephosphorylation of the DNA repair-related factors gammaH2AX (show H2AFX Antibodies) and CHK2 (show CHEK2 Antibodies)-pT68 at DNA repair foci.
our results demonstrate a novel role for cyclin G2 in the regulation of adipogenesis.
These results show that FoxO (show FOXO3 Antibodies) genes regulate cyclin G2 expression, illustrating a new role for phosphoinositide 3-kinase and FoxO (show FOXO3 Antibodies) transcription factors in the control of cell cycle entry.
cyclin G1 (show CCNG1 Antibodies) and cyclin G2 genes are differentially regulated in the periimplantation uterus in a spatiotemporal manner; results suggest cyclin G1 (show CCNG1 Antibodies) and cyclin G2 genes act as downstream targets of homeobox (show PRRX1 Antibodies) A-10 and negatively impact uterine cell proliferation
The eukaryotic cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs) whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors. The 8 species of cyclins reported in mammals, cyclins A through H, share a conserved amino acid sequence of about 90 residues called the cyclin box. The amino acid sequence of cyclin G is well conserved among mammals. The nucleotide sequence of cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 are 53% identical. Unlike cyclin G1, cyclin G2 contains a C-terminal PEST protein destabilization motif, suggesting that cyclin G2 expression is tightly regulated through the cell cycle.
