The protein encoded by MST1 contains four kringle domains and a serine protease domain, similar to that found in hepatic growth factor. Additionally we are shipping MST1 Antibodies (84) and MST1 Kits (36) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 9 out of 14 products:
Mst1 increases the (show FOXP3 Proteins)acetylation of Foxp3 by inhibiting Sirt1 activity, which requires the Mst1 kinase activity.
Identify MST1/MSP as a mitogen for tracheal basal cells.
MSP (show MSMB Proteins) appears to promote the migration of fibroblasts, enhances collagen synthesis and remodeling, and effectively improves wound healing.
Elevated serum levels of MST1 were found in subjects with excessive alcohol use.
results suggest that the decreased expression of MST1 in regulatory T cells due to hypermethylation of the promoter contributes to the pathogenesis of IgG4-related AIP (show AIP Proteins)
Results suggest that Mst1 regulates proliferation of glioma cells via AKT (show AKT1 Proteins)/mTOR (show FRAP1 Proteins) signaling pathway
Hippo and Yap (show YAP1 Proteins) regulate cardiomyocyte death and regeneration.
MST1 protein gene expression is a prognostic indicator for patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
These results support the hypothesis that the alpha-chain (show FCGRT Proteins) of MSPalphabeta mediates RON (show MST1R Proteins) dimerization.
Our data unveiled the role of MST1 as a negative feedback for TGFbeta1 (show TGFB1 Proteins) and EGFregulated endometrial cancer cell invasiveness, migration and proliferation.
TRAF2 (show TRAF2 Proteins) functions as a key activator of MST1 in oxidative stress-induced (show SQSTM1 Proteins) intracellular signaling processes.
Mst1 regulates hepatic lipid metabolism by inhibiting Sirt1 (show SIRT1 Proteins) ubiquitination in mice.
Mst1 enhances Foxp3 (show FOXP3 Proteins) expression and Treg function at the post-translational level.
our study demonstrates the existence of a direct crosstalk between mTORC2 (show CRTC2 Proteins) and MST1 that is critical for cardiac cell survival and growth.
Mst1 regulates Myosin IIa dynamics to organize high and low affinity LFA-1 (show ITGAL Proteins) to the anterior and posterior membrane during T cell migration.
protein and mRNA expression of the MST1 and LATS2 were decreased significantly as mouse age increased (p < 0.05), however, the mRNA expression of them increased significantly in 16 m compared with 5 m as well as the protein expression of LATS2.
first evidence for HGFL as a positive regulator of mammary gland ductal morphogenesis by controlling overall epithelial cell turnover, macrophage recruitment, and STAT3 (show STAT3 Proteins) activation in the developing mammary gland
This study demonstrated that pro-survival CaMK4beta/CREB (show CREB1 Proteins) signaling is activated in mouse scrapie at earlier times and later inhibited, whereas pro-death MST1 signaling is activated at these later times.
Rab13 (show RAB13 Proteins) acts with Mst1 to regulate the spatial distribution of LFA-1 (show ITGAL Proteins) and the motility and trafficking of lymphocytes
report implicates Mst1 as a critical regulator of adaptive immune responses, Th1 (show HAND1 Proteins)/Th2-dependent cytokine production, and as a potential therapeutic target for immune disorders
The protein encoded by this gene contains four kringle domains and a serine protease domain, similar to that found in hepatic growth factor. Despite the presence of the serine protease domain, the encoded protein may not have any proteolytic activity. The receptor for this protein is RON tyrosine kinase, which upon activation stimulates ciliary motility of ciliated epithelial lung cells. This protein is secreted and cleaved to form an alpha chain and a beta chain bridged by disulfide bonds.
