Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections: This clone has been described reacting with paraffin embedded material following PLP (periodate-lysineparaformaldehyde) fixation.
Other applications not tested.
