Western Blot: 0.2 μg/mL - 1 μg/mL, this antibody detects a band of approximately 130 kDa in HeLa, Jurkat and NSO (mouse) cell lysates. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
