Immunogen AKR/Cum mouse spontaneous T lymphoma cell line TK1 1
Clone DATK32
Isotype IgG2a
Characteristics The antibody detects: Mouse LPAM-1 (Integrin 47)
The monoclonal antibody DATK32 recognizes a conformational epitope on the heterodimer.
Background The lymphocyte Peyer's patch adhesion molecule (LPAM-1), also known as integrin 47, is a member of the integrin family of cell surface receptors. It is expressed primarily on mucosal lymphocytes, but is also present on NK cells and eosinophils. The 47 heterodimer mediates the binding of lymphocytes to its ligand, mucosal vascular addressin (MAdCAM-1) on the high endothelial venules, thereby directing the homing of lymphocytes into Peyer's patches and intestinal lamina propria.
Application Notes Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Blockade of binding to cell adhesion molecules, Induction of homotypic cellular aggregation

Sample Volume 1 mL
Restrictions For Research Use only
Buffer Product is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL or 0.2 mg in 2.0 mL of PBS / NaN3 and a stabilizing agent.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Do not freeze!
Protect conjugated products from light.

Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.
Storage 4 °C
