  • Application Notes
ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μL/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/mL of thisantibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant Human TGFB1 when used inconjunction with compatible secondary reagents. Western Blot: To detect Human TGFB1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be usedat a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant Human TGFB1 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, undernon-reducing conditions. In a dot blot, a 1/500 dilution of this antibody exhibited complete cross reactivity withHuman TGFB2 and TGFB3 isotypes. Reduced cross reactivity was shown at a 1/1000dilution.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
