Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Approx 24 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 23.5 kDa according to NP_002349.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 µg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at approx. 29 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
