Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Approx 450 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 454 kDa according to NP_ 671700.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/mL.
IHC: The staining pattern observed was identical to that obtained with a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific to AKAP350A (to be submitted to a scientific journal).
