Immunogen Peptide with sequence C-KELRKLEEHNEDD, from the internal region (near the C Terminus) of the protein sequence according to NP_034311.1.
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Alternative Name Fibrillin 2
Background Synonyms: Fbn2, fibrillin 2, BC063774, Fib-2, KIAA4226, mKIAA4226, sne, sy, syndatyly ems
Gene ID 14119
NCBI Accession NP_034311.1
Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
Western blot: Not yet tested - our routinely used western blotting protocol does not allow detection of proteins as large as the calculated size of 314 kDa according to NP_034311.1. Therefore we cannot recommend an optimal concentration and the product is investigative grade.
