Western Blot: 1-10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (frozen or FFPE): ~10 μg/mL. Inhibition of E-cadherin-dependent cell-cell contact: ~200 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: ~5 μg/IP reaction. Flow Cytometry: ~10 μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: ~2-5 μg/mL.
