- Recognizes a monomorphic determinant of human HLA-DR, expressed by B lymphocytes, monocytes and activated T cells. This clone has also been shown to recognize a polymorphic determinant in mice, mapping to the H-2 I-A region. * This clone has been described reacting with paraffin embedded material following PLP (periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde) fixation-refer to ref. Whiteland et al.-see reference 3.
