  • Application Notes
    Approved: IF, IHC, IHC-P, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Useful in studies of photoreceptor cells. Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:25-1:50 for 60 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin fixed tissue sections requires boiling the tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Brain or retina.
