Specific for Synacthen (1-24 ACTH). Reacts with ACTH (AA 1-17) and has no cross- reaction with CLIP (ACTH 17-39). Reacts <1% with insulin, KLH and BSA. Cross-reacts with rat N-terminal ACTH.
