Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 22 kDa band in mouse liver and lung lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 22 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
