Western Blot: Approximately 50 + 45 kDa bands observed in rat thymus lysates and in lysates of cell lne KELLY (calculated MW of 43.8 kDa according to human NP_733777.1, 51.8 kDa according to human NP_733775.1 and of 51.0 kDa according to rat NP_001101228.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
